Job Overview

DP World is hiring a Marine Manager for UAE Ports in Dubai. Based at Jebel Ali Operations, the role is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term operational and technical management of maritime services including tugs, pilot boats and mooring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marine operations across tugs, pilot boats and mooring departments.
• Manage vessel operational and technical performance.
• Oversee vessel dockings, builds, modifications and technical projects.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, employees and maritime stakeholders.
• Ensure cost-effective, timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, marine and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant marine or maritime qualification.
• Extensive experience in marine operations and vessel management.
• Knowledge of UAE port operations, tugs, pilot boats or mooring services is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, technical and stakeholder-management skills.
