Continuous Improvement Manager – Quality

Almarai is seeking a capable Continuous Improvement Manager - Quality professional for its operations in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives that strengthen food safety, consistency and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain quality objectives, improvement plans and measurable KPIs.
• Apply structured problem solving and root-cause analysis to recurring quality and process issues.
• Promote effective use of food safety and quality management systems across operations.
• Review trends, evaluate improvement results and communicate practical recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• 5 years management experience in food and beverage.
• extensive knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP and AIB.
• strong root-cause analysis and KPI expertise..
