Category Manager – Private Label

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Category Manager - Private Label position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and work closely with relevant teams to achieve business and service objectives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial plans that support category growth, revenue, margin, distribution, and customer service objectives. Analyze market conditions, consumer demand, sales performance, competitor activity, and product availability to identify opportunities. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, quality, and operations teams to turn plans into measurable results. Manage supplier, principal, distributor, or key customer relationships as applicable. Support negotiations, forecasting, assortment decisions, promotional planning, and business reviews. Maintain accurate reports and use performance data to recommend corrective actions, improve profitability, and strengthen market coverage.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in FMCG, food distribution, modern trade, category management, procurement, or B2B sales is preferred according to the position.
• FMCG, category management, sales planning, procurement, negotiation, commercial analysis, customer relationships are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
