Description

Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services for patients with hearing and balance concerns. The role involves clinical assessment, interpretation of specialist tests, hearing-device support, screening and rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret behavioural, electroacoustic and electrophysiological hearing and balance assessments.
  • Prepare clear clinical reports and communicate findings to patients, families and the wider care team.
  • Assess suitability for hearing aids and implantable devices and provide fitting, programming and follow-up support.
  • Conduct hearing screening for newborns, children and adults using appropriate clinical protocols.
  • Provide audiological and vestibular rehabilitation, counselling and practical communication support.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Audiology or Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology; vestibular training preferred
  • Experience: At least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
