Associate Entertainment Manager

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Associate Entertainment Manager to support creating reliable, welcoming and customer-focused experiences across Majid Al Futtaim’s entertainment, hospitality and guest-service operations. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role provides site leadership, customer-experience oversight, operational control and financial performance management. The role supports venue operations, team performance, safety, sales and customer-experience delivery. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and respond to questions, requests and service needs in a professional manner.
• Deliver assigned services accurately and within required service standards and operating procedures.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, presentation and readiness of guest-facing areas and equipment.
• Support sales, upselling, bookings, events or operational activities relevant to the assigned venue.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations during busy periods, weekends and special events.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
