Al-Futtaim is seeking a Store In Charge for IKEA Fujairah to lead store operations, deliver commercial performance and maintain a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coordinate with management to achieve sales, volume, efficiency and long-term profitability objectives.
• Monitor commercial performance, review operational standards and use store reviews to identify improvements and track progress.
• Prepare and manage budgets covering sales, gross margin, manpower and operating expenses, reviewing expenditure throughout the year.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through clear expectations, training plans, feedback and support for career growth.
• Improve customer engagement and satisfaction through service initiatives and consistent execution of store standards.
• Ensure the store remains safe for customers and colleagues and follows applicable operational, brand and workplace requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
• Seven to ten years of high-volume retail management or multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strategic, analytical and practical decision-making skills, including knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, plus a genuine interest in home furnishings and retail customers.
