Assistant Manager, Medical Representation – UAE National – Part Time

Nestlé is seeking a UAE national to support medical representation activities across an assigned territory in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. The Medical Delegate shares accurate information about infant nutrition with healthcare professionals and explains product features, benefits and appropriate use within ethical and regulatory requirements. The position combines territory management, scientific education, professional relationship building and timely reporting, with particular care for the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and local rules. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional team focused on consistent service, quality and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Share accurate, balanced information about infant nutrition products and appropriate use with healthcare and paramedical professionals in the assigned territory.
• Reinforce the importance of breastfeeding as the recommended feeding choice for babies, following professional guidance and all applicable marketing codes.
• Plan territory coverage, identify relevant healthcare contacts, gather market insights and maintain an accurate professional contact database in the CRM.
• Support scientific or educational meetings on nutrition-related topics, including coordination of speakers, sponsorships, seminars and local professional events.
• Help improve awareness and appropriate availability of infant nutrition information in hospitals and other relevant healthcare settings.
• Submit activity reports on time and ensure every customer interaction follows company instructions, the WHO Code and local country requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants must be UAE nationals because the vacancy is specifically designated for UAE National talent.
• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
• Previous experience as a medical delegate or medical representative is desirable.
• The ability to work independently, plan visits and manage territory priorities is important.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required, with a strong commitment to ethical and compliant professional engagement.
