Assistant Manager-Facilities Management Soft Services

Transguard Group is recruiting an Assistant Manager – Facilities Management Soft Services in Dubai. The role supports daily Total Facilities Management operations with a particular focus on cleaning services, workforce supervision, service quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position works closely with the Account Manager and operational teams to maintain agreed service levels, close planned and service requests on time, manage resources, and resolve customer issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cleaning and soft-services operations and maintain expected client service standards.
• Assist with budgets, expenses, cleaning supplies, equipment, and resource optimization.
• Inspect facilities regularly, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns relating to cleanliness and service quality.
• Plan daily cleaning schedules and allocate manpower efficiently with the Account Manager.
• Supervise, train, coach, and provide feedback to cleaning teams.
• Ensure preventive maintenance plans and service requests are closed within agreed targets.
• Maintain attendance, performance, incident, and operational records.
• Promote health and safety compliance and keep teams informed about safe working practices.
• Monitor industry trends, cleaning technologies, methods, and equipment to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facilities-management experience in a managerial position.
• 2+ years of mall-management experience in a managerial position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management and BICSc training certificate.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty cleaning machines, chemicals, procedures, and methods.
• Proven project-management and continuous-improvement experience with commercial and contract awareness.
