Asset Management Specialist – Hospitality is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review operational and financial information relevant to assigned hospitality assets.
- Track key performance indicators, budgets and action plans, highlighting trends or issues for further review.
- Coordinate with asset, operations, finance and property stakeholders to follow up on performance priorities.
- Maintain asset records, reporting packs and documentation for meetings and business reviews.
- Support analysis of improvement opportunities, operating risks and initiatives that may strengthen asset performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in hospitality operations, asset management, property, finance or business analysis.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with performance data and recurring reports.
- Clear communication, organisation and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- A practical interest in hospitality performance and continuous improvement.
Skills and Competencies
Useful capabilities include KPI analysis, hospitality operations, financial awareness, reporting, coordination, problem-solving and attention to detail.
