Storekeeper

A warehouse and inventory position at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Madinah. The Storekeeper manages receiving, storage, issuing and documentation of materials while maintaining accurate ERP records and stock balances. The role supports production continuity by ensuring materials are available, correctly recorded and stored according to required conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming material documents, quantities and physical condition.
• Coordinate daily receiving information with relevant stakeholders.
• Record raw materials in the ERP system and apply barcode identification.
• Issue materials to production according to authorized orders and inventory principles.
• Inspect storage areas, materials and equipment and maintain appropriate space and conditions.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with ERP balances.
• Document warehouse transactions and investigate discrepancies or quality-status issues.
• Follow Nestlé SHE requirements and safe material-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the same or similar position; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Computer literacy and ability to use ERP and warehouse systems.
• Native Arabic with good communication skills in English and Urdu is listed for this role.
• Strong accuracy, organization and inventory discipline.
