Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior O365 Administrator to lead and manage our Microsoft 365 environment across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing complex O365 deployments, migrations, and integrations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient collaboration platforms for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Defender for Office 365.
• Architect and implement security policies (MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, etc.) in alignment with compliance standards.
• Manage hybrid environments and Azure AD integrations.
• Oversee email hygiene, mail flow, and threat protection configurations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, migrations, and service enhancements.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior administrators.
• Monitor service health, usage analytics, and license compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in O365 administration.
  • Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
  • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and identity management.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage escalations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
