Purpose of the Role

To manage end-to-end recruitment for Allied Health and Administrative roles across the hospital, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates in accordance with internal workforce planning, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and AHD standards. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Collaborate with department heads/directors to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage recruitment for Allied Health, Administrative, and Support Services positions.
  • Source and screen CVs in line with position requirements and DHA compliance.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, internal sites, others), cold calling, and networking.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles and hard-to-fill positions.

Candidate Screening & Coordination

  • Conduct initial pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring departments.
  • Send interview confirmations to candidates and department heads.
  • Participate in interview panels and ensure documentation is accurately completed.

Documentation & Offer Management

  • Ensure requests are properly raised in the internal system (iFusion).
  • Prepare and release job offer letters and guide candidates through the pre-employment and DHA licensing process.
  • Provide necessary documentation to selected candidates and respond to queries throughout the hiring process.
  • Hand over completed recruitment files to the onboarding team.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Update person profiles, shared folders, and recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Submit monthly recruitment reports to CHRO highlighting key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, bottlenecks).
  • Justify salary deviations for hard-to-fill roles as needed.

Compliance & Communication

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (DHA).
  • Build and maintain strong communication with applicants, including gathering referrals and managing expectations.
  • Support new joiners by coordinating with the training department for orientation scheduling.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within a hospital environment.
  • Prior experience in Middle East/GCC healthcare recruitment is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., iFusion).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare licensing and compliance requirements in Dubai.
