Senior Infrastructure Analyst- IT Infrastructure & Services

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst supports reliable and efficient technology infrastructure operations through technical expertise, service management, quality assurance and vendor coordination. The role covers infrastructure health, service levels, compliance, asset lifecycle management and continuous improvement across systems, networks, servers and storage environments. This is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical input to infrastructure quality programs and support service-management practices aligned with ITIL and ISO 20000 principles.
• Support infrastructure strategies and technology evaluations while promoting consistent operational standards and compliance.
• Manage technical and process performance of managed-service providers and ensure contractual service levels are achieved.
• Perform infrastructure health checks, assist audits and drive corrective actions to close operational and compliance findings.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and contribute to service-improvement plans, reviews and performance reporting.
• Support stable operation of software platforms, network connectivity, servers and storage while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain IT service-management policies, procedures and templates and support communication between business teams, IT functions and service providers.
• Track hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve availability, security, efficiency and infrastructure value.

Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate the technical knowledge, analytical ability and stakeholder skills needed to operate effectively in a structured public-sector environment.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 5 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• ITIL Foundation and relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, CCNA, AWS SysOps or VCP are desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 standards is preferred.
• Strong infrastructure operations, vendor-management, SLA, KPI and service-management skills.
• Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments and continuous-improvement activities.
