Job Overview

Homecentre, part of Landmark Group, is hiring a Manager - Quality in Dubai. The position carries strategic and operational responsibility for implementing the quality strategy and improving product quality, cost, delivery and operational excellence, with specific experience in furniture quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality projects and major quality or compliance initiatives.
• Identify key quality issues, analyse root causes and develop recommendations and conclusions.
• Manage the overall Quality function and provide quality support to Operations.
• Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Drive best-in-class product and business practices that meet customer expectations.
• Manage quality teams and projects across the business.
• Support quality standards covering product performance, delivery and operational processes.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use structured analysis and reporting to support quality decisions and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong furniture quality management experience.
• Experience leading quality functions, projects and compliance initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop quality systems and manage teams.
