Park Hyatt is seeking a Guest Services Officer – Guest Service (UAE National) for its guest services / front office / hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and personalized guest service throughout the stay.
- Support efficient Front Office operations and contribute to smooth communication within the Rooms Division.
- Develop strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, daily activities and the surrounding community.
- Stay informed about VIP requirements, special requests, hotel events and guest preferences.
- Listen carefully to guest needs and recommend relevant hotel facilities, activities and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed through accurately and within expected timeframes.
Requirements
- Entry-level opportunity; hotel operations experience preferred
- Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
