Senior Team Manager – Logistics

Almarai is seeking a capable Senior Team Manager - Logistics professional for its operations in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport supervisors and ensure planned shifts are executed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor delivery and milk-collection schedules and address operational issues that could affect service.
• Apply QSHE, health and safety and quality requirements across transport activities.
• Review performance, manpower and route execution and support corrective actions where required.
• Coach supervisors, promote teamwork and maintain disciplined operating standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Logistics.
• 5–7 years in a similar supervisory capacity.
• knowledge of QSHE, health and safety and quality policies.
• strong computer and MS Office skills.
• good English, communication and interpersonal skills..
