Reservation Agent – Restaurant – Madinat Jumeirah

The Reservation Agent – Restaurant supports restaurant bookings at Madinat Jumeirah and helps deliver an organized, guest-focused dining reservation experience. The role requires accurate information handling, timely communication and close coordination with restaurant operations while maintaining commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation emails and guest enquiries within required timelines
• manage restaurant bookings and changes accurately
• prioritize current and upcoming reservations
• capture guest preferences and special occasions
• communicate important requests to restaurant teams
• maintain accurate reservation-system information
• support upselling and appropriate dining recommendations
• handle cancellations and amendments professionally
• and help ensure reservations meet service and revenue standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills and good computer proficiency. Knowledge of restaurant reservations or Opera/PMS systems is useful. The ideal candidate is organized, guest-focused, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy luxury dining environment.
