Associate Director – Food and Beverage

The Associate Director – Food and Beverage supports the overall F&B operation at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, combining operational leadership, commercial management and guest-experience improvement. The role oversees performance across dining operations while developing teams and maintaining luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage operations
• develop plans to improve revenue and guest experience
• manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls
• work with culinary teams on innovative menus and trends
• ensure food safety, hygiene and quality compliance
• lead and mentor F&B colleagues
• monitor guest feedback and service recovery
• coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• review operational performance
• and implement improvements that support profitability, consistency and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field and 8–10 years of F&B experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including comparable leadership responsibility. Strong commercial, people-management and guest-service capabilities are required.
