Brand Chef

Kitopi is hiring a Brand Chef in Dubai to lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets and maintain consistent standards for quality, speed, cleanliness and customer experience. The role requires a hands-on operational leader who can coach kitchen teams, enforce recipes and SOPs, conduct outlet audits and support menu launches and new openings. The Brand Chef will also work with Operations and Restaurant Managers on labor planning, productivity, kitchen KPIs, inventory discipline, waste reduction and food-cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets and maintain consistent operating standards.
• Implement recipes, SOPs, portioning and presentation standards.
• Coach kitchen teams on station performance and peak-service readiness.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance with relevant teams.
• Conduct outlet visits, quality checks and operational audits and drive action plans.
• Support inventory control, waste reduction and food-cost optimization.
• Partner with operations and restaurant leaders on labor planning and productivity.
• Support new menu launches, product trials and seasonal rollouts.
• Lead kitchen readiness for new openings and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of kitchen or operations leadership experience; multi-outlet experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fast-paced, high-volume service environments.
• Proven ability to train teams, enforce standards and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of food cost, waste control, inventory and operational KPIs.
• Confident hands-on leadership with strong communication and coaching skills.
