Sarood Hospitality is expanding its food-and-beverage team for restaurant concepts and guest experiences in Dubai. Opportunities may include Food and Beverage Attendant, Waiter or Waitress, Senior Waiter or Waitress, Specialist Brewer, Junior Mixologist, Restaurant Hostess, Bar Back and Bartender. Each position contributes to warm, attentive service, polished presentation and smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service or support food preparation in line with the standards of the assigned role.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate service, kitchen tasks and operational priorities.
• Maintain clean, organised work areas and follow relevant food-safety, hygiene and health-and-safety procedures.
• Prepare service areas, ingredients, equipment or guest spaces before and during operating periods.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, communicate issues promptly and help resolve concerns within role authority.
• Follow recipes, service procedures, presentation requirements and stock-control practices applicable to the position.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant, bar, kitchen or luxury-hospitality role is relevant; some openings may require 1–2 years.
• A guest-focused attitude, good teamwork and the ability to work reliably during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and safe handling practices appropriate to the job.
• Clear communication in English; additional languages can be an advantage in a diverse guest environment.
• Candidates should be prepared to work shifts and follow the operating requirements of the venue.
