Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages according to menu standards and guest requests.
• Welcome guests, answer beverage questions and recommend suitable options when appropriate.
• Take orders accurately, process transactions and coordinate with service colleagues during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised bar and sanitise glassware, tools and working surfaces.
• Check stock levels, replenish supplies and report discrepancies or items needing replacement.
• Follow applicable rules and hotel procedures for beverage service and guest safety.
• Support bar opening, closing and handover routines, including required cleaning and stock records.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel beverage role is useful.
• Candidates should communicate confidently and deliver friendly, professional guest service.
• Knowledge of beverages, bar hygiene and order-handling procedures is important.
• Care with stock, cash or payment transactions and responsible service is expected.
