Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver product, collection and brand training for retail colleagues and store teams.
• Explain fabric, fit, styling, product stories and selling approaches in a clear, practical way.
• Create or update training materials, learning guides and supporting resources for different audiences.
• Observe team knowledge and service behaviours, gather feedback and identify learning needs.
• Coordinate with brand, retail and management colleagues to keep training current and aligned with business priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail, product training, learning and development or a related role.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to make product details easy to understand.
• Strong organisation and communication, including follow-up on training activities.
• An interest in fashion, brand standards and helping colleagues grow their capabilities.

Skills and Competencies

Useful strengths include facilitation, product knowledge, coaching, presentation, learning materials, communication and retail service standards.
