Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate people data, reports, trackers and documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate learning, talent reviews, succession planning or Emiratisation programmes as applicable.
• Provide practical guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment requirements within the scope of the role.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness, employee experience and continuous improvement of people processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
