Employer Services Specialist

Job Overview

Khalifa University is seeking an Employer Services Specialist within Career Services to strengthen relationships with employers and expand internship, graduate recruitment and career opportunities for students and alumni. The role combines employer engagement, recruitment coordination, career-event management and activity reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and international employers.
• Promote internships, vacancies and graduate opportunities to eligible students and graduates.
• Work with Career Services colleagues to identify and develop new internship opportunities.
• Coordinate career fairs, employer presentations, workshops, interviews, information sessions and campus recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate employer records and regular communication with partner organizations.
• Track employer engagement, recruitment activity, hires and feedback and prepare reports.
• Monitor labor-market trends and identify opportunities for new employer partnerships.
• Collaborate with university departments while maintaining confidentiality and information-security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in employer engagement, career services, recruitment partnerships or a similar area.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, coordination and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage events, records and activity data accurately.
• Results-focused approach and ability to work with students, graduates, alumni and employers.
