Digital PRO

The Digital PRO role supports digital banking engagement and helps customers understand and use the bank’s digital products and self-service channels. The position focuses on customer education, adoption, service assistance, and identifying opportunities to make digital interactions simpler and more effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through digital banking features, onboarding steps, and self-service options.
• Explain digital services clearly and help resolve common usage issues within authorised procedures.
• Encourage adoption of relevant digital channels while ensuring customers understand available options.
• Identify recurring customer difficulties and share feedback with service and digital teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate technical or account issues appropriately.
• Follow customer verification, privacy, security, and service-quality requirements.
• Support service campaigns and contribute to digital adoption and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, patience, and confidence using digital applications are important. Experience in banking, retail service, customer support, or digital-channel assistance is useful. Candidates should be comfortable explaining technology to people with different levels of digital confidence and should follow procedures carefully when handling customer information.
