Description
Serve as an analytics lead supporting operational excellence by turning governed data into reliable metrics, dashboards and actionable insight. The role focuses on KPI and SLA frameworks, performance monitoring, capacity modelling and evidence-based improvement across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and validate KPI, SLA and baseline frameworks for priority operational processes.
- Build trusted dashboards and analytical views that support management and command-centre decision making.
- Run monitoring and escalation routines, highlighting exceptions and opportunities for intervention.
- Model capacity, productivity and workforce performance and quantify realised operational benefits.
- Promote consistent analytics standards, self-service reporting and knowledge sharing across the analyst team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analysis or business intelligence
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
