PETROLEUM DATA ANALYST

Analyze well-integrity data across onshore and offshore fields and act as a focal point for implementation and continued support of the Well Integrity Management System. The role turns technical and operational data into reliable information for investigation, reporting and asset decisions.

The role requires collaboration across relevant teams, accurate documentation and early escalation of risks that may affect safety, quality or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyze well-integrity data from multiple operational and technical sources.
• Support the implementation, user adoption and ongoing maintenance of the Well Integrity Management System.
• Design and maintain relational databases and ensure data is structured for accurate reporting and retrieval.
• Work with petroleum, reservoir and well-integrity specialists to clarify data needs and investigate anomalies.
• Prepare analysis, dashboards or reports and maintain data quality and documentation.

Requirements and Experience

• At least seven years of experience in data-analyst activities is required.
• Experience designing and creating relational databases, such as SQL Server or MS Access, is required.
• Exposure to petroleum or reservoir engineering activities or well-integrity investigations is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline; related engineering degrees with relevant data-management training may be considered
