Support security operations and incident management by coordinating monitoring, response, escalation and remediation activities across the bank’s technology environment. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the identification, triage, escalation and tracking of information-security incidents.
  • Work with security operations, technology and business teams to contain and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Review alerts and incident information to assess impact, priority and required response actions.
  • Maintain incident records, timelines, evidence and management reporting in accordance with procedures.
  • Support incident investigations, root-cause reviews and post-incident improvement activities.
  • Contribute to security monitoring, operational readiness and response-process enhancements.
  • Ensure activities follow security policies, risk requirements and applicable regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, technology or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in security operations, incident response, SOC or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of security monitoring, incident-management processes and risk controls.
  • Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
