Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive helps drive jewellery sales through attentive customer service, knowledgeable product presentation and careful coordination of customer requirements. The position includes maintaining attractive displays, keeping stock information accurate, preparing reports and liaising with designers on sales, delivery and return matters. The role may also support exhibitions, home visits and social media activity as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive customer relationships and understand customers preferences, needs and occasions.
• Present jewellery options and explain product styles, features and suitable choices.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate special requirements with designers or colleagues.
• Support sales activities and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented showroom.
• Assist with stock counts, product organisation and reporting inventory concerns.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports covering sales, stock and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate product delivery, returns and other customer follow-up with the relevant teams.
• Share customer feedback and recurring requests with management.
• Assist with social media activity, exhibitions or home visits when requested.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant customer-facing sales experience is helpful.
• Good communication, product presentation and relationship-management ability.
• Interest in jewellery and knowledge of styles or fashion trends.
• Ability to maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Professional conduct and flexibility around customer appointments or events.
