Sales Executive

The Sales Executive helps customers find jewellery that suits their preferences and requirements while supporting daily store operations and sales goals. The role requires friendly customer engagement, sound product knowledge, accurate follow-up and attention to the appearance and organisation of the showroom. The successful candidate will answer questions, coordinate requests and help customers receive a smooth experience from initial enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and ask questions to understand their preferred styles and needs.
• Show suitable jewellery items and explain product details, design features and styling options.
• Respond to questions and coordinate special enquiries with designers or the responsible manager.
• Maintain product displays and help keep the store attractive, organised and ready for customers.
• Assist with stock counts and monitor product availability.
• Prepare required sales, inventory and customer-enquiry records.
• Coordinate details about sales, deliveries and returns with relevant colleagues.
• Gather customer feedback and pass useful observations to management.
• Support social media updates, exhibitions or home visits when requested by the line manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales or retail experience is useful.
• Good communication skills and a helpful, professional manner.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion products, styling and trends.
• Ability to organise enquiries and follow up on customer requests.
• Careful handling of products, stock records and sales information.

Skills and Competencies
