Description
Qatar Duty Free is seeking a Grooming and Style Manager in Doha to develop and maintain consistent appearance standards across its workforce. The role creates and manages grooming and style objectives, policies and procedures and supports employee engagement so that presentation standards reflect the wider group’s customer-service expectations.
Airport hospitality brings changing demand and guests from many backgrounds. Professional presentation, hygiene, courteous communication and support for colleagues help maintain a positive and consistent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update and manage grooming and style policies, standards and procedures for employees.
- Communicate expectations clearly and support consistent implementation across departments.
- Monitor compliance with appearance standards and identify areas where guidance or corrective action is needed.
- Work with operational managers and employee-facing teams to build understanding and engagement.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and review processes to keep standards current and practical.
- Support continuous improvement in presentation, professionalism and service culture.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in grooming standards, hospitality operations, retail service, employee presentation or similar work is beneficial.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership, communication, policy development and stakeholder-management ability.
- Attention to detail and the ability to coach teams are important.
- Specific education and experience criteria should align with the employer’s full role requirements.
