After Sales Representative

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a After Sales Representative to support creating reliable, welcoming and customer-focused experiences across Majid Al Futtaim’s entertainment, hospitality and guest-service operations. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role supports customer requests and post-sale service issues, coordinating resolutions and maintaining service standards. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and respond to questions, requests and service needs in a professional manner.
• Deliver assigned services accurately and within required service standards and operating procedures.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, presentation and readiness of guest-facing areas and equipment.
• Support sales, upselling, bookings, events or operational activities relevant to the assigned venue.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations during busy periods, weekends and special events.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
