Registered Nurse Adult ICU / SDU

FakeehCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Adult ICU / SDU services in Dubai. The role is focused on delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to acutely and critically ill adults in a highly monitored clinical environment. The nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team and contributes to assessment, treatment, care planning, patient monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs and identify changes that require clinical attention.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide continuous care to critically ill patients with complex and potentially life-threatening conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures, diagnostics and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate significant patient changes promptly.
• Follow infection-control practices, including hand hygiene, PPE use and safe handling of clinical materials.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and follow established escalation protocols.
• Support patient and family education and provide compassionate communication during critical-care situations.
• Maintain equipment and patient-care areas according to established standards.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of continuous nursing experience in the UAE or home country.
• Minimum two years of ICU or CCU experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid professional nursing licence appropriate to the applicable health authority.
• BLS, ACLS and other relevant life-support training as applicable.
• Strong teamwork, resilience, accountability and communication skills.
