Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Develop and manage corporate banking relationships, grow portfolio value and provide clients with appropriate financing and transaction solutions while maintaining disciplined credit and risk management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned corporate portfolio and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Originate new relationships and identify opportunities across lending, deposits, trade, treasury and transaction banking.
• Assess client needs, financial performance and risk considerations when developing proposals.
• Coordinate credit applications, renewals, amendments and approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct account planning and regular client engagement to drive retention and profitable wallet growth.
• Monitor portfolio quality, documentation, covenants and outstanding actions.
• Maintain strong compliance, service and governance standards across all client activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Relevant corporate or commercial banking experience with strong UAE market knowledge.
• Strong credit analysis, relationship management, negotiation and business-development skills.
• Ability to manage complex client portfolios and collaborate across multiple functions.
