Description
The Senior Manager – Product Management (Enterprise Data Foundation) develops a trusted data and knowledge foundation that supports AI products and analytics across the group. It brings fragmented enterprise data into governed, reusable assets with clear ownership and quality standards. The role works with data engineering, architecture, governance and business owners to ensure information is discoverable, compliant and ready for product use.

Strong project control and early escalation help protect delivery commitments and support a smooth transition to the teams responsible for operating the completed asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for data and knowledge products, aligned with AI product priorities and enterprise data strategy.
- Integrate existing platforms such as Foundry and Oracle and onboard additional internal or external sources.
- Create reusable datasets, semantic models, metadata and retrieval-ready knowledge assets for multiple products.
- Define and track measures of data coverage, quality, freshness, reuse and downstream product impact.
- Embed data ownership, lineage, classification, retention, privacy and compliance controls into delivery.
- Resolve dependencies with business data owners, engineering, architecture and product teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Around 6–8 years in data management, data engineering or data/platform product management in complex organisations.
- Experience integrating different enterprise data estates and creating reusable data or knowledge assets.
- Experience enabling AI, analytics or machine-learning consumption of enterprise data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or another quantitative field.
- Knowledge of Foundry, Oracle, cloud data platforms, metadata, data modelling and governance is relevant.
