Job Overview

Homecentre, Landmark Group, is looking for a Senior Manager - Projects in Dubai. The role manages fitout projects ranging from new stores and refits to refreshes and rollouts. It covers planning, specification, contractor evaluation, execution, monitoring and project control from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project vision, plans, schedules and implementation documents.
• Plan and organise fitout projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Manage material specifications, contractor evaluation and project execution.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, malls and contractors.
• Ensure technical, quality, safety and business requirements are maintained.
• Manage project reporting and performance against approved plans.
• Deliver projects in an organised and cost-effective manner within budget and scope.
• Support continuity of business while projects are executed across the retail network.
• Lead and coordinate shared small to medium-sized project teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in retail fitout, projects, construction or related environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong project planning, cost control and execution skills.
• Good communication, reporting and problem-solving capability.

The role covers the complete project lifecycle for retail fitout programmes. Successful delivery depends on disciplined planning, contractor coordination, budget control, quality monitoring and communication with malls, consultants and internal teams.
