Manager – Social Compliance

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Social Compliance to support strengthening governance, risk management, compliance, assurance and control practices across Majid Al Futtaim operations. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role covers human-rights, supplier social-compliance, risk assessment, corrective actions and responsible sourcing. The role supports compliance frameworks, risk assessments, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder awareness. The role includes supplier assessments, human-rights standards, corrective action plans and social-performance reporting. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support or lead risk, compliance, audit or governance activities in line with company policies and applicable standards.
• Assess risks, controls, processes and evidence, documenting findings and recommending practical corrective actions.
• Maintain risk registers, audit workpapers, compliance trackers, dashboards or management reports as required.
• Coordinate with business owners and second-line or assurance functions to monitor remediation and improve control effectiveness.
• Provide clear reporting to management and escalate material issues, control gaps or emerging risks promptly.
• Promote awareness, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
• Typical relevant experience: 5 - 8 Years; candidates should review the employer's requirements for the exact role.
