Manager Emirati Segment – Esaad & Fazaa

The Manager Emirati Segment - Esaad & Fazaa role at du is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the delivery of business goals through specialist expertise, sound judgment and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage initiatives for the Emirati customer segment, including partnership and proposition opportunities connected with relevant membership and benefits ecosystems. Identify customer needs, evaluate commercial opportunities, build engagement plans and coordinate delivery with internal teams and external stakeholders. Track segment performance and ensure initiatives align with business priorities.
• Maintain productive relationships with partners, prepare proposals and business updates, coordinate campaigns and resolve operational issues. Use customer insights and performance reports to improve proposition relevance, uptake and satisfaction. Work cross-functionally to ensure commitments are delivered consistently and that commercial, service and compliance considerations are addressed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, provide timely updates and use relevant data to monitor progress, highlight risks and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners as appropriate to resolve issues and deliver agreed objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience appropriate to the level of the role; the expected experience range is 5+ Years.
• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• For roles explicitly designated UAE National or UAEN only, applicants must meet the stated UAE-national eligibility requirement.
• Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality where required and deliver accurate work in a changing environment.
