Account Executive – Mahali Program

Support and manage local businesses participating in the Mahali programme. Maintain seller relationships, coordinate follow-ups, monitor performance figures, resolve seller issues, support onboarding and help businesses navigate ecommerce processes. The role involves managing multiple accounts, maintaining accurate reporting and working closely with internal teams to improve seller outcomes. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.

Job Requirements

• Strong organisation, communication and relationship-building skills, comfort with performance metrics and Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to take ownership of issues are important.
• Ecommerce, marketplace, account management, customer success or SME experience is beneficial.
