Retail Brand Marketing Executive

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Retail Brand Marketing Executive position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing, CRM, brand, design, or campaign activities that strengthen customer engagement and commercial performance. Translate business objectives into clear briefs, content, campaign, merchandising, or activation requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, creative partners, sales, e-commerce, and operations to deliver work accurately and on schedule. Monitor campaign or brand performance, review customer and market insights, and recommend improvements. Maintain brand consistency across customer touchpoints and keep records, calendars, reports, and marketing materials organized. Support launches, seasonal initiatives, events, and other activities that increase awareness and customer conversion.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing, CRM, brand, design, or campaign experience is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness are important.
• Marketing, CRM, campaign execution, brand management, analytics, content coordination, communication are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
