Senior Analyst Vendor Onboarding and Performance

Job Overview

Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, supplier data, performance monitoring and governance activities, ensuring third-party relationships meet documentation, compliance and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding across approved workflows and systems.
• Review supplier documentation, approvals and records for completeness and compliance.
• Support sanctions screening, UBO verification, AECB checks and other due-diligence activities.
• Maintain vendor master data and monitor document expirations.
• Coordinate vendor performance reviews, scorecards, KPI tracking and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor SLAs, remediation plans and vendor-performance improvement actions.
• Prepare MIS dashboards and governance packs covering onboarding, performance and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Compliance, Finance, business owners and offshore teams.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and continuous process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in vendor management, procurement operations, third-party risk or supplier performance.
• Banking/financial-services experience and UAE regulatory familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions, UBO and third-party due diligence; strong Excel/reporting skills.
