Coordinator – Tools Crib (AMC)

About the Role

We're hiring a Coordinator – Tools Crib (AMC) to manage the physical and digital control of tools in our Aircraft Maintenance Centre, in line with GCAA, EASA, and flydubai standards and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Issue and receive aircraft tooling to authorised personnel per flydubai's tool control procedures
• Maintain full accountability for tools through shadow boards, toolboxes, vending systems, tool cabinets, racking, RFID/barcode technology, and other digital tool control systems
• Conduct tool inventory checks at shift changes, work package completion, and as needed
• Report and investigate missing tools immediately, following company procedure
• Keep all tool transactions accurately recorded in flydubai's digital tool management system
• Maintain organised, correctly stored tooling, specialist equipment, calibrated tools, and consumables
• Inspect tools on return for damage, wear, cleanliness, and completeness, quarantining unserviceable items
• Monitor calibration due dates, quarantining tools approaching or past expiry
• Coordinate calibration with approved providers and maintain accurate records
• Follow flydubai's Safety Management System (SMS) and stay compliant with GCAA/EASA regulatory requirements

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma
• Fluent English
• Awareness of aviation industry practices
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• UAE driving licence
