Description
Al Tayer Group is hiring an Assistant Showroom Manager for its KIA showroom in Fujairah. The position supports the planning, management and leadership of showroom sales operations with responsibility for achieving sales targets and maintaining smooth, efficient and effective showroom performance. The role combines sales management, customer relationship management, stock planning, showroom standards, problem resolution and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute showroom sales strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted targets in both volume and profitability.
- Communicate sales plans, targets and priorities to the sales team and support successful execution.
- Monitor the complete sales process, from customer reception and needs clarification through prospect identification, follow-up, closure and sales documentation.
- Maximize the use of demonstration vehicles and monitor the demo-to-sale ratio.
- Monitor the pre-delivery inspection process and help ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle critical customer problems, escalated complaints and operational issues and ensure timely decisions and resolution.
- Prepare monthly vehicle stock requirement lists, including make, model and quantity, for Sales Manager approval.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers and understand current and future requirements.
- Manage showroom presentation, display standards, housekeeping and product information to protect the desired brand and company image.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve performance and quality.
- Support employee development and prepare team members for higher-level responsibilities.
- Contribute to an efficient showroom environment that supports sales growth and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.
- Full understanding of showroom merchandising.
- Dynamic and proactive personality.
- Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
