Assistant Showroom Manager, Fujairah – KIA

Al Tayer Group is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager for KIA in Fujairah to help lead showroom sales operations and support achievement of volume and profitability targets. The role is responsible for translating sales plans into clear team targets and monitoring the complete customer journey, from initial reception and needs assessment through prospect follow-up, negotiation, closing and sales documentation. The Assistant Showroom Manager will monitor showroom performance, maximize the use of demonstration vehicles and track demo-to-sale ratios. Responsibilities also include monitoring the pre-delivery inspection process and addressing critical customer complaints or escalated issues promptly. The position contributes to monthly vehicle stock planning by preparing requirements by make, model and quantity for management approval. Regular interaction with existing and prospective customers is required to understand current and future needs and build profitable relationships. The role also oversees showroom presentation, housekeeping and product information to maintain brand standards. As a people leader, the successful candidate will guide, motivate and develop team members to improve performance and prepare them for future responsibilities. Applicants should have a graduate degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong automobile sales knowledge and showroom merchandising understanding. Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, reports and databases and provide updates to management on progress, issues and required actions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a similar showroom or sales role
• Strong automobile sales knowledge
• Understanding of showroom merchandising
• Leadership and team-development capability
• Arabic and English bilingual skills preferred
