The Senior Executive – Urban Planning supports land-development and masterplanning activity across Dubai Holding Land Estates. The role helps review planning proposals, coordinate supporting studies and maintain accurate documentation so land uses and development plans align with the wider urban vision, project objectives and applicable planning requirements.
Dubai Holding Land Estates seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review masterplan drawings, land-use proposals, development parameters and supporting planning information.
- Coordinate with internal development teams, consultants and relevant authorities to collect comments and progress approvals.
- Maintain planning schedules, submission records, GIS or land-use information and decision logs.
- Support analysis of planning changes, plot layouts and development requests, highlighting effects on access, services or phasing.
- Prepare clear summaries and presentations for internal review and stakeholder coordination.
- Track actions to closure and ensure planning documents remain accurate and accessible.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant education or experience in urban planning, architecture, built environment or land development.
- Ability to read planning drawings and review technical documentation.
- Strong coordination, organisation, analysis and communication skills.
- Familiarity with planning or mapping tools is beneficial.
