Cardiovascular Technologist

Perform cardiovascular and selected pulmonary diagnostic investigations that help physicians assess, diagnose and manage patient conditions. The role requires technical accuracy, patient-centred communication and careful handling of diagnostic equipment and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ECG, echocardiography, stress testing and other routine cardiovascular investigations within scope.
• Conduct appropriate pulmonary assessments and record results accurately.
• Prepare clear diagnostic reports and supporting statistics for clinical review.
• Assist physicians during cardiovascular and peripheral vascular diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain a professional, reassuring patient experience.

Requirements

• Education: Accredited Cardiovascular Technologist technical qualification
• Experience: At least 2 years postgraduate experience as a cardiovascular technologist
• Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
