Description

The Learning Specialist supports the development and delivery of impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational capability needs. The role involves conducting learning needs analyses, managing training calendars, selecting and coordinating with trainers and vendors, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess skills gaps and future capability needs in collaboration with line managers
  • Design and implement learning roadmaps and quarterly plans
  • Source and coordinate with internal/external trainers and vendors
  • Monitor and drive completion of mandatory learning programs
  • Analyze feedback and training effectiveness to drive improvements
  • Communicate learning opportunities and encourage employee participation
  • Audit and report on learning metrics and compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of L&D or HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in the GCC/Middle East preferred
  • Strong facilitation, design, and delivery expertise
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Background in organizations with best-in-class L&D practices
