Role Purpose

The HR Coordinator (UAEN) will be part of Landmark Hospitality’s HR Shared Services function (TransactHR), responsible for delivering accurate and timely transactional HR services across the employee lifecycle. This includes employee documentation, HRIS data management, and end-to-end support for visa and compliance processes. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with UAE labor laws, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Transactions

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, transfers, exits, and employment verification.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely updates.

Visa & Government Process Administration

  • Coordinate with internal PRO teams to manage new visa applications, visa renewals, cancellations, and associated government documentation.
  • Support the process of Occupational Health Cards (OHC), Tawjeeh sessions, medical fitness tests, and Emirates ID applications.
  • Ensure all immigration and labor activities are compliant with UAE laws and aligned with company policies.
  • Track visa, passport, labour contract expiry dates, maintain records, and notify stakeholders to ensure timely action.

Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure all employee data management and visa transactions adhere to UAE labor laws and Landmark Group’s HR policies.
