Description

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator – Learning & Development to manage our internal training platform and support employee development initiatives. This role involves overseeing LMS operations, stakeholder coordination, brand training logistics, MIS reporting, and content creation. You’ll play a central part in driving learning engagement and collaborating on cross-functional projects with the L&D Lead.

📌 Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

1. LMS Management
  • Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) platform
  • Oversee user registration, content allocation, and learner engagement tracking
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of content
  • Benchmark practices and support ROI evaluation and continuous improvement
2. Content Development
  • Design compelling product learning materials tailored to specific roles
  • Develop interactive quizzes and assessments to measure knowledge retention
  • Refine content using learner feedback and performance metrics
3. MIS Oversight
  • Manage and maintain all Learning & Development-related MIS
  • Analyze user activity and training effectiveness through data reports
  • Leverage insights to guide strategic improvements and decisions
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate training schedules with internal departments
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships to drive the training plan
5. Brand Training Support
  • Liaise with brand teams to organize training sessions
  • Manage participant attendance records and post-training quiz tracking
6. Project Participation
  • Contribute to concurrent projects alongside the L&D Lead
  • Support innovation and department-wide success through active involvement

🎯 Requirements

Experience
  • 1–3 years in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a similar function
Education
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong data management and reporting capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new technologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
