About the Role

As a PP Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in Canon’s Production Print (PP) division. You will generate new B2B business, manage and grow existing client accounts, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies. You'll be the strategic advisor and trusted partner for clients, delivering value through tailored print solutions and deep industry knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

  • 🔹 Sell Canon Production Print products to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses
  • 🔹 Acquire new clients through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
  • 🔹 Manage and grow existing client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • 🔹 Deliver engaging client presentations and proposals (online & in-person)
  • 🔹 Maintain an active sales pipeline in Salesforce and ensure accurate forecasting
  • 🔹 Build and present compelling solution designs and financial business cases
  • 🔹 Collaborate with Presales Consultants and Professional Services for complex deals
  • 🔹 Stay updated with trends in digital transformation and production print technology
  • 🔹 Translate customer business requirements into tailored solutions
  • 🔹 Deliver exceptional service and support to maintain high client satisfaction

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 3–5 years in B2B Sales, preferably with experience in printing or color management
  • Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent MS Office and Salesforce skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
