Reservations Supervisor / Reservations Agent

Copthorne Hotel Dubai, part of the globally recognized Millennium Hotels & Resorts group, is actively recruiting experienced hospitality professionals for two critical front-of-house roles: Reservations Supervisor and Reservations Agent. Both positions require candidates who are currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately. As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to make or modify bookings — handling inquiries via telephone, email, and the hotel's reservation management system with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. You will manage room inventory, assist with booking-related requests, and consistently deliver a premium guest experience. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will take on a broader leadership mandate — overseeing the reservations team's daily operations, driving performance, managing revenue and inventory processes, handling escalations, and coaching team members to maintain the hotel's high service standards. For both levels, experience with hotel property management systems — particularly OPERA or similar PMS platforms — is a significant advantage.
